I don’t just document weddings — I design experiences with intention.
From the very first conversation, my role is to help you shape a wedding day that feels effortless, personal and emotionally present.
Together, we think through the flow of the day, the timing, the locations, and the atmosphere, so nothing feels rushed, forced or overwhelming.
This allows you to be fully in the moment — while I translate your experience into cinematic, editorial imagery that feels timeless and real.

Photographer, storyteller, and the person behind Maria Pineda Photography.
For years, I thought my job was simply to make beautiful photographs. Eventually, I realized the camera was only part of it.
What matters most to me is how a moment feels.
The nervous hands before the ceremony. The way someone looks at you when nobody else is paying attention. The wind ruining the perfectly planned hair. The laugh that happens right after the “serious” photo.
Those are the photographs I’m always looking for.
My approach combines editorial imagery with documentary storytelling and intentional creative direction. I’ll guide you when you need it, step back when the moment deserves to breathe, and pay attention to everything happening in between.
Because I don’t want your wedding to feel like a photoshoot.
I want you to live it.
